Thursday Track - Lopsided Egyptian with Rich February 23, 2012 (18:30) New runners always very welcome. Choose from a Bronze (4,000 +), Silver (6,000+), Gold (7,000+) or Platinum (8,000+) interval session at Edmondscote running track. Virtual medals issued every week. Warm-up (or) dynamic stretches at 6.30pm, session starts at 6.45pm and finishes by 7.30pm. (Don't forget your £3.80). Endorphine Rush and Runners High Guaranteed. Six @ Six February 24, 2012 (18:00) Forget work and burn some calories ready for the Weekend. Minimum of 6 miles, led by Mark Lewis. Saturday Cycling February 25, 2012 (09:30) A steady group cycle of 25-30 miles.
